MORE THAN 50 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Since 1949 I have been actively involved in the quest for knowledge regarding the truth about fitness,wellness and the components of a good life. Most may remember the old Charles Atlas advertisements where the bully kicks sand in the face of the “97 pound weakling”.  Growing up in the 1940’s, I was that 97 pound weakling virtually unable to participate in many sports and activities.  Like the weakling in the Atlas advertisement, I learned the value of regular exercise and succeeded in significantly improving my physical being. Fitness not only transformed my body it transformed my life. Today my mission is to help transform your life by achieving optimum fitness, health and happiness through a fitness lifestyle.
